Sam's Priorities
Make Clearwater Affordable
Rebuild & Strengthen Our Community
Sunshine, Transparency, Accountability

Making Clearwater Affordable
As Florida’s affordability crisis pushes property taxes and insurance costs higher—making it tougher for residents to stay in their homes—Sam will deliver real relief by rolling back the millage rate to lower tax bills for families, seniors on fixed incomes, veterans, and first-time buyers.
Lower taxes mean more money in residents’ pockets while preserving the value and appeal of Clearwater homes. Sam will achieve this without cutting essential services like police, fire, or infrastructure, ensuring the community remains safe, well-maintained, and attractive for everyone.

Bringing Accountability and Transparency to City Hall
Sam will make transparency the standard at City Hall by ending closed-door deals and last-minute decisions. His leadership will restore trust, strengthen accountability, and ensure City Hall truly reflects the will of the people.

Rebuilding Our Community & Keeping Clearwater Safe
Sam will lead Clearwater’s recovery from hurricanes while strengthening our resilience for future storms and protecting our tourism economy. He will streamline permitting, cut red tape, and accelerate repairs and responsible development without compromising safety.
Sam is also committed to public safety. He will work closely with local, county, and federal law enforcement to keep dangerous criminals off our streets while maintaining strong prevention and rapid response efforts.
